Unique Women’s self-defence system with Wing Chun at its core and taught by a female Wing Chun master. W.A.S.P. training allows you to pay-as-you-go or monthly and incorporates all aspects of self-defence including verbal and psychological training along with health and personal safety training.

Blue Harmony is a great bolt-on to the W.A.S.P. sessions as it focuses on health and well-being and includes meditation, mindfulness and yoga.
